MellowMoodGotMe found a solution that work's , just tested it, follow the link on your computer, tablet etc , if it doesn't load up the page , refresh and it should work. the PS4 address which i confirmed works is

https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/link/google/gtav/ps4/replay , give permission and you will be able to upload directly from you PS4 GTA editor.

 

the Xbox one might be (at own risk)

https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/link/google/gtav/xone/replay but it asking for lesser permissions than the Ps4 one so XOne owners will need to check this.
