How to disable the new down-dpad record feature?

This is the most annoying part of the new update.

When you press down on the dpad twice, or hold it, or something, it records short video clips. I don't want this. It's annoying. And now I am already getting warnings about 90% full on clips.

Is there a way to disable this, and does anybody know where to even find the clips to delete them?

No you can't disable it but you can change the setting so you have to manually save the video, To delete the clips go to the R* Editor which you'll find on the last tab when you have the pause menu up.
