Anybody experiencing free mode event bugs?

Basically, I won the "lowest parachute" thing, at 31 ft or so, but when the event ended, I lost to a person who had 47 ft, and my score (and all other participants' score, except for the "winner") was reset to 0. -_-

 

Also, for the time trial thing, when I passed the finish at 1:42, somehow, I didn't meet the par time (1:43). -_-

I seen someone win with only 5 feet... not sure if he cheated or not.
