The content you'll find here is stored in four different files folder :

 

• mpapartment

• patchday8ng

And so it is certain that this will not happen on a single DLC / SHIFT.

Here is a brief overview of discoveries things:

 

Updating apartments (mpapartment)

 

 

• Ability to customize her apartment with a lot of options you can discover below ;
• Possibility to buy a yacht as a property via Docktease and add a helipad and a dock for jet skis ;
• Several new vehicles will be present : Bravado Verlierer, Imponte Nightshade, Declasse Mamba, Benefactor Schafter, Benefactor Schafter Limo army, Enus Cognoscenti 55 (sedan), Enus Cognoscenti (sedan L, long version), Buckingham Super Volito, Gallivanter Baller 3, Gallivanter Baller 4, Pegassi Speeder 2, Lampadati Toro 2, Speedophile SeaShark 3, Nagasaki Dinghy 3, sh*tzu Tropic 2, Pegassi Speeder 2, Cargobob 3 ;
• New weapons will be present : Revolver and switchblade (a kind of knife) ;
• New outfits will be present and a fairly elaborate protective vest ;
• It seems that there 2 new missions, one assumes that it is for new robberies (Narcos and Prison).

Update 2 Lowriders (mplowrider2)

 

 

• New vehicles will be present : Vapid Slamvan 3, Declasse Tornado 5, Declasse Sabre Turbo/GT 2, Albany Virgo 2 ;
• New weapons will be present : double-barreled shotgun and assault rifle again.

Because he was able to get these files, but nobody else can, it's possible that he got them illegally. I mean he got these files months before the DLCs could possible be released. How could he do that? Most leaked DLCs have been found a month before they are confirmed by Rockstar.

This is one of the new Schafters (Schafter3 and Schafter4. This one is Schafter4).

That looks like the LWB. Thanks. Damn. It had better be fast! The regular current Schafter is not a V12 right?

 

The current Schafter is supposedly a V12. It looks exactly the same as the regular Schaffer, disappointing. What about the Schafter 3, is there a picture of that?

 

Bumpers and side skirts are different from the normal Schafter.

If you google it Spectre Performance has made a lot of Camaro's

Well to start off. The Majestic is the 80s Buick Regal. Its mostly a classic everyday car. The GNX is more based on muscle sans the Faction. Yes they have the same body style hell even the same car manufacture GM. But, It doesn't feel the same.

Another possible name for the DLC could be "The High Roller Update" or possibly the "Cloak and Swagger update" considering there is a magazine inside the barbershop with that name and on the cover it displays a guy in a white suit in front of the ocean I believe.

I realy think the turret is placeholder(or fake) since it looks realy ugly, on the car and is a direct copy paste from the insurgent.

 

I think in the end the turret will be removed and there will only be an option for the player to duck out at the top and shoot.
