I don't think you could fake hashes like this. I think it's real to a degree, but a while off. Rockstar could be breathing down this dudes neck or something else. This isn't a massive "just open up OpenIV and you can find it" leak, he got something he's not supposed to have so give him a break.

It could be a new mod. I noticed that when he was selecting weapons from the weapon wheel, he selected an image of a weapon that is currently available. In GTA on PC, mods take the place of items already available.

Pay closer attention to the video: he doesn't scroll to a currently available weapon, it shows the icon for the previous weapon because an icon does not currently exist for the new weapon. You can see that it's a different weapon because the magazine size will change and the name will disappear. Those weapons are also taking up empty spots on the pegboard in Ammunation, nothing is replaced. Even then, you're still ignoring the fact that the custom reload animation is not currently possible.

 

I know it's hard not to be skeptical, I was quick to call bullsh*t on this yesterday, but based on what we have now the evidence is on Dragoon's side. Either the leak is legit, or he's discovered new methods of modding that no one else - not even the professionals responsible for tools like OpenIV - have access to.

 

There's all this, then there's the big giveaway.

We knew it was real from the get go.

I was about 99% sure at first, but then the whole thing with the blue rl background happened, but like some people explained it's not unheard of to use real life placeholder pics in the gaming industry, makes sense since the yacht is still a work in progress, so why use something unfinished when it's going to be replaced anyway?
