So this kids video is still up. Dont see Rockstar telling him to take it down. ................ Because they would take it down themselves. I love this community but youre all just too damn gullible.

He is scared. Scared that we might see through this farce he calls a leak. Pretty much most of the things was already known. The things he showed are beta type. We might not see it for a long long time. Only thing that is certain is the Lowrider DLC and the Xmas-event.

I've noticed that whatever the heritage you have for your character it is generally the same shape. Which leads me into thinking that at some point we will get a Fitness/Plastic Surgery DLC with San Andreas like goals, a gym or two to visit and they will give the Burger Shots interiors.

 

The Night Life DLC will then probably open the Clubs and maybe the Casino.

How am I? We've got to be able to further customize our characters eventually. I thought that would be a good suggestion. Imagine the costs of the surgery though?

 

You are guessing about a Fitness DLC when there is no proof in files that R* is working on something like that. Hate to burst your bubble. But wishful thinking is something for first graders.

 

I'm suggesting not guessing. It's perfectly plausible that they would bring the San Andreas like stats for our characters.

 

Seeing those leaked files is interesting but it would be nice if they opened something else up or did something for part of the map that isn't Los Santos.

So, let's assume its all real and R* requested that the french guy removes his videos from YouTube.

 

Now the content of the videos has been uploaded by someone else.

 

It would be logical that R* would also ask for this video to be removed wouldn't it ?

 

If the copy stays up then I'd suggest the french guy took the video down of his own accord, rather than at the request of R*.

Maybe I am wrong man, but it seems he did something illegal to get this info, so he took it down so he doesnt get in trouble. I doubt Rockstar told him to do anything.

GTA:Online updates are all about vanity, fitness and nightlife show+shine are a part of this, so i guess they will come too, but only the next year.

Yeh it looks genuine. But how much for that yacht though? 10 million?

 

Looks like now they are free from last gen constraints they are really going for it on the frequency of the DLC.

I still don't believe this. I want to, but it smells off in so many ways. Elements of it are real, like the Lowrider 2 DLC, which just makes sense based on fun's previous leak of the car list, and the fact that adding Benny's with only six cars to mod is goofy. And it makes sense to incorporate some real stuff, to make us think all of it is real - the most successful DLC trolls in the past have done the same thing.

 

But a lot of the rest... I dunno. Car mods pop up all the time, and while a lot look sh*tty, some look really good; there ARE guys out there who know both car design and 3D modeling. The yacht has always seemed like a pipe dream to me and that stock, Google-image-search pic in the background isn't selling me on this being real. Maybe they would just use a real image as a placeholder, but it seems much more plausible that someone is trolling and didn't think he'd get busted for using that pic. The weapons could easily be mods, all but the animations; I know squat about that but is it possible that animations were borrowed from Red Dead or Max Payne, them being on the same engine? And the major time gaps here (takes a day to upload a video - after which it swiftly goes offline - and then more is promised "soon" but not delivered) makes it feel like the authors are taking time to set up more plausible-looking "proof."

 

I'd love for all this to be real. It just doesn't feel like it to me. It feels like an elaborate, 75%-convincing fake, propped up with a little bit of real stuff.

Then that's not meaningful. Anybody who could put the rest of this together could fake hashes as well. Bottom line, I'm not going to find all of this convincing until one of these happens:

 

1. Rockstar announces upcoming DLC including a healthy chunk of this content

2. DLC drops that includes some of this content (not new lowriders, and not apartment customization - we already knew about those)

3. An independent party, preferably fun, finds references to this content in existing, widely-available code (similar to how the car list for LOW was found well before the DLC came out)

 

Short of one of those happening, this all seems like just hot air, and unprovable either way, though both sides have some good points I think.
