Personally, I wouldn't expect Lowriders2 this early... I'd say a month and-a-half. ~

 

I'd say that Lowriders Part 2 would be around March 15th or 22nd maybe?

We talk about any other leaks, like LC, which never got announced and is in the same state as this information as being just rumor to an extent but yet we can discuss LC? Fishy..

The LC "leak" wasn't legit though. That's the difference here.

unless it's a super duper top secret admin only singleplayer dlc release.

I'm buffing my own thing from a few pages ago, but there really isn't anything in palomino area. No missions start/happen/end there in SP or MP. There isn't a lot of buildings, a gas station and NOOSE hq. And a freaking highway going past it. Only thing on that highway is the gas station... I'm still not won over by the evidence, but it seems to be pretty left out actionwise... No apartments, very little activitywise to get ruined in case of map altercations.

On the otherhand, IF there would be new areas added, i would think that they'd be whole different things. Magical transformation or plane/yacht/speedophile trip to completely another lobby.
