Technically yes, but the difference is so small I doubt anyone will notice it. If I remember correctly, it's 2300 vs 2320; I know it's definitely a difference of 20. Every other value is 1:1 between the Roosevelt and Valor.

It's actually for debug mode in GTA 1, not SA. Along with everything else, his account is either hidden or deleted - try searching for it. If anyone looked at his profile page earlier, check your history and see if it still exists.

The gta wiki page showed some stuff that hinted at some new stuff. I wish I took a screenshot, but I can remember it saying something about 10 new super cars, 2 new yacht skins and some other stuff. I swear if this gets deleted, I'll have to consider posting the xfiles dubstep video again in a spoiler. I'll try and remember what else was on there, but I can't promise it since I looked at it for like 30 seconds.

Could have also been porkcharsui himself. If he had the ability changed the group title to 'EPSILON' in numbers, then he could have also given himself mod abilities.
