Check Rockstar on Instagram. On there latest post they wrote "There are only two ways out of Los Santos" It is related two a new LCS related job but sounds like a hint to me. Would post a screenshot but I am on phone.

I'm taking this being a hint with a teaspoon of salt.

Rockstar is just sh*tty. The game is already 2 years old, there should have been a Biker DLC already. Adding a bike or two every update doesnt do it for me since all those bikes they added are sh*tty.

You wouldn't get close enough to people to burn them, unless you go off the radar. Same goes for the double barrel shotgun I guess. They are both close range and practically useless in free roam. Just novelties at the least.

I wouldn't say such weapons are useless because of lack of range, there's a right weapon for the right situations.

I want to burn everything in LS, jerry can cannot satisfy me.

Cars, peds, cops, trees, houses, having fun in contact missions, heists etc etc

But that also basically sums up ...every melee weapon in the game - most of those are justified either for the novelty of having them (which is reason in itself - just because an item isn't the most useful, doesn't mean it isn't fun to use!), or because for stuff like the flashlight or machete, R*'s now making special gametypes that make use of them.

 

Something similar to the 'Slasher' or 'Beast' or whatever that makes good use of a flamethrower could be good fun - maybe something based on 'The Thing', or similar - ? Likewise, as a tool it could come in handy - a quicker (but more expensive/dangerous) way of setting stuff on fire than using the jerry can in missions like 'Blow Up' or 'Prison Break: Station'.

While I'm all for new bikes, we did get a 'Busa, and we have two Bati's. I'd rather not get a bunch of reskinned bikes that don't shoot flames.

There's so many little things in that and the timing of it all is just perfect.

 

"Los Santos is fun, but it's time to head back to Liberty City" - which is how a lot of players feel

 

"Race to LSIA" - biggest believed mode of transportation between the two cities. LSIA and FIA

 

"Zoom around in your vehicle of choice" - less believed is being able to travel there using other methods of choice. aircraft, boats, now yachts (even swimming)

 

"Be sure to not be fooled by all the misdirections" - Rockstar trolling or vaguely confirming. The misdirections could be the "leaks," fooling people into believing it's real....or fooling people into believing the leaks are fake when they are in fact planning an announcement/release

 

Either way, this has all been very entertaining. One odd thing of late with all the Newswire comment section posts about LC is the lack of official comments. Specifically that the posts asking for the story DLC/LC are off topic, and to suggest those ideas to [email protected]
