dragoon leaked the executives and other criminals update as well as models of the saber turbo and slamvan lowriders. Funmw2 found out about the minivan as well as the all the lowriders, oracle 3 and 4

One thing I'm wondering. with the Slamvan being a lowrider in the future, will it's handling be better as a lowrider?.. Or will I still have to hit the breaks 9 miles back?

I understand that but they're going to go off of what's going to sell the most. Just think about it what would you rather have a grand theft auto based in Mexico or remake of Vice City? I think the culture of the area has a lot to do with the location they choose. And where they make most of their sales in the world. Now with Red Dead Redemption you can base that in Mexico cause it would make sense because it's based off of outlaws. Edited December 24, 2015 by cadpimp1207

I just had a thought, the "Hotel" spawn location that was added in the E&OC DLC that currently doesn't work, could that possibly be something to do with Liberty City (if it's true). What do you guys think it's for/will be for?

I haven't heard anything about a "hotel" spawn location. What is that about?

Heard of it before, think it was something for players who don't have a safehouse or garage yet.Think somebody else may have mentioned before that it could be used for LC aswell.
