Can I ask a dumb question, why would you guys assume it's a LC DLC.

 

Just like... Why LC. Cause it just happened in GTA IV and TboGT, TLAD

I was thinking if there's an expansion, it would be like Vice City or other.

 

People in the know (Funmw2) mentioned something about it. Apparently the guy that leaked the yacht and apartment DLC (Dragoon) said something about it. So instead of just being some wishlist fantesy BS, Its a likely future DLC.

I feel like 2016 should be the last year for updates. I don't know what else they can do, short of more "eh" piece-meal updates to Online, a map expansion would be interesting depending on how they do it (which may or may not happen, it doesn't feel like something R* would do, they would just make a whole new game out of it) and the game will have been out for 3 years. Its time to let it go and move on, to look forwards to GTA VI. One final, huge last hurrah update would be ideal, with even more vehicles and new missions and new weapons, to put a bow on the whole experience.

If the game is still making money, they'll keep adding updates.

 

R* say they have 45 years worth of ideas for gta, there is plenty that they could do, in fact we've seen hints of plenty that they have already worked on (casino, nightclub, stunt races etc).

 

They have said their intention is to grow online rather than replace it, so even if gta6 comes out it is likely to expand online rather than replace it

 

Have you ever seen in your life a company stop doing something that makes money?, no . GTA online will be ongoing probably forever at this stage. At least until some makes a better version.

I bet Low 2 comes in January. I would agree. Rockstar has released 5, yes 5 updates in 3 months, Freemode events, Lowriders(Halloween), E&OC and now the Festive Surprise. They are just on a roll and aren't stopping.

It's a possibility, since Festive Surprise 2015 ends on the 5th of January, it would take a month until February arrives then it would be a perfect time to release GTA Online: Lowriders Part 2 along with the Valentine's Day Massacre Special.

Honestly, the more I think about it, the more I wonder if there isn't going to be a lowrider version of the IGG Virgo and instead, Virgo2 will be the IV Virgo and Virgo3 will be the IV Virgo Custom.

 

Edit: welp, my reading comprehension is sh*t when I'm tired. I thought he said his hypothesis was that Virgo2 was the IGG Virgo Custom. Don't mind me.

Albany Virgo was a mistake.

 

Dunno what they were thinking by adding the Virgo name if they were going to bring back the relevant Virgo anyways.

Has there ever been a new DLC update without new vehicles apart from the Free mode events?

And since The Lowriders 2 DLC is car themed, there is a very good chance its going to have new cars. Lowriders 1 had new gta iv cars. so its almost safe to say its the Virgo from IV
