Fun has proven himself when it comes to leaks. If he say LC is coming, I believe him. I would like to see something more than "Liberty City" as to why he says this but I still believe him.

 

However if he says, send me money for, blah blah run. Run fast and far.

So did anyone find the difference between the Heist Valkyrie and the Valkyrie MOD.0 that is accessible in the content creator? I can't seem to spot any differences. Both perform the same, both have the same weapons. It's weird they add a new unchanged version of something we got months ago, unless there is something I am missing?

Yup, it's the one that's used in the new Extraction game mode.

Side note, did anyone find out what the new Cargobob with the side doors removed was for?

I personally believe that Fun is a trusted source, he has proved himself numerous times and has gained a good reputation from GTA Players (which is a hard thing to do). There may be times where Fun has said something that hasn't happened that may be because Rockstar cut it or left it for a future update. Saying LC is coming to GTA is a big statement however tbh i see nowhere else where Rockstar can go to top this current update other than a map expansion. so i do believe him, but you shouldn't fully rely on anyone other than rockstar themselves.

It would be cool to have LC Expansion in GTA V and have Vice city, LC and Los santos in GTA 6 meaning rockstar is sort of achieving its dreams. one more thing we shouldn't get carried away with speculating too much on what is in the next DLC because the last time that happened a majority of you were disappointing.

Exactly, he found the lowrider update aswell ages ago which was released just recently.So the stuff that didn't come true is either cut or coming in the future.

I think it's just the casino and possible animals that remain but according to fun the casino is coming with SP DLC.

I swear, sometimes Fun acts like he's a whistleblower at Rockstar. Why is he so secretive with the leaks he supposedly finds? What is the base evidence he has that hints LC's existence in the game files? From what I know, there's some code for a dance minigame and a texture for an "I LC" t-shirt in GTA Online. But then he goes to say that the Liberty City he's talking about has nothing to do with the t-shirt, but rather a map expansion. Why doesn't he provide us with the evidence he found that directly hints to a possible LC expansion? Just curious.

 

And does anyone know why we always rely on him for leaks? I was always under the assumption that anyone with the PC version of the game can dig through the game files themselves and spill the beans.

 

Here's how I see it: LC will come with the story DLC, which will cost around $15-20, only way to access LC online is if you bought the story DLC. It would work perfectly. Players already rape their wallets with shark cards just to buy virtual cars online. They'll be glad to pay $15-20 for a big ass map expansion. And it wouldn't really split the playerbase because the map wouldn't be rendered for people who didn't download the story DLC, it'd be divided by a loading screen or something. So it's not like players in LS can come back from LC with LC-exclusive content or something.

Rockstar will throw a Cease and Decist (however the hell you spell it) order his way, which will land him in a absolute f*ck ton of trouble. Dragoon, the guy who leaked the Executives and Other Criminals content was given a cease and desist order by take two interactive.

 

If fun were to do this, he would be fined and given a possible prison sentence.

No proof was publicly shown. It is just assumed. A fake account would do nothing. They can track you down using your ISP or whatever.

 

Ask those dudes that were making that multiplayer mod for SP lol.

Yes if its content that was probably obtained illegally which happened to be the case with Dragoon, he somehow managed to get stuff off Rockstar's private server or something along the line.

If Fun managed to obtain data in a similar fashion he would be in trouble also if he leaked any of it.That is if he really did it or someone he works with.

 

But yeah small hints like the ones he posted earlier are good enough for me.

The things Fun does provide us are things that are *technically* made public but the average person doesn't have the knowledge to look for/know what it is.

 

I think Fun has found other things before but isn't really able to talk about it because it's not released through patches or iFruit updates or anything.

Maybe he understands some game code syntax. Some of us do work in the technology field you know.

Like GTA and many other games, it was probably written in C++, JAVA or Python. I'm assuming these because they are Object Oriented programming languages. I know for a fact there is some R in GTA 5. That is a good a language for keeping stats in game.
