wait so is your friend some kind of a Dragoon 2.0 or the car is already available for the public? i refreshed the game 3 games and i can't find the tampa anywhere. is this some sort of ''got it early by mistake'' like with the masks?

Nothing like Dragoon1010 leak, my friend Can buy it on ps4 cause he have a transfert lobby create just before low rider 1 update.Can anyone translate the description?Translation :

 

This car won multiple awards like most powerful in its category, worst handling and biggest fireball. The Tampa gives access to the 60s nonchalance for a generation born decades too late. Time to make the engine roar, to watch the sunset, and to rest in peace in a tomb on a roadside in the middle of nowhere.

we are 3 months into our 3rd year with GTAO. i think it's time for a map expansion.

8gb is the size of all updates COMBINED.

The map expansion/story DLC is called GTA VI, and won´t be released until 2019 at the earliest.

Whilst I agree GTA Next is coming in 2019 the half way point since V is coming up pretty soon so it would make sense to drop a map expansion. Be great if they paired it with Story DLC as well. No way will GTAO have no map expansion until 2019.

 

This all could be free as it is a ploy to encourage last gen players to upgrade.

Its prolly the easiest thing to update LC for GTAO, they just need to rework the textures to make them up par with GTA V, rework the model of our old friends like Gay Tony, Yusuf Amir and Roman and its done.

 

I was thinking about the it aswell the last 2 days after i saw the post about funmw2.

 

It can easily work, it handles like an own server/lobby. You are at SA and travel to there like hopping into a new lobby, simple as that. Also it would make sense since we now have the Yachts which will act as a temorary appartment till we can buyour own in LC. Add some new missions in and its set.

 

Also maybe its coming sooner as we think, its allready over 2 years which they had time to get stuff going for it.

Rework textures, make a new minimap, zone it for creator mode, create apartment interiors, create garages that open and close, create Pay N Spray shops that do more than just respray your car but don't look like LSC, replace all the water, replace all old physics assets that were not carried over, etc.

 

It's not as easy as it sounds. If it were, we'd have seen the RDR map ported to GTA IV by now.

I've seen a video of the Tampa and it sounds like utter sh*t though.

 

The Tampa has the same sounds as the Nightshade.

What about a Cops DLC? It may sound weird at first but just think of the possibilities.

-Awesome new themed police cars and trucks

-Missions. I'd love to see some contracts by David Norton, possibly stealth (damn, stealth is almost never used Online). We already know he's corrupted so it would be understandable

-Clothes. Maybe new bullet-proof clothes? Not too op of course

-Finally we could maybe be able to assault other player's villas and steal some of their money. Sort of like a stealth activity which would be appreciated

I dont think we see new map, in online before new GTA.

Online gets new map when they release the gta 6 or what ever its named.

 

I want back to LC.

I've been roleplaying from the start, that my online character is from Liberty Citys Bohan

He is just thug, hiding from cops in Ls or something.

We won't have to buy GTA6 to get an expansion to GTAOnline. They've said it before that GTAOnline is a separate game from GTAV.

 

 

Eventually GTAOnline will be sold standalone, along with a potential Liberty City map expansion. As others have already noted, the liberty city map would be updated with all new graphics, all the shops/buildings you'd come to expect in GTAOnline, several new contact missions, various deathmatches/races, etc.

 

It's doubtful there will be a heist attached to it. And it's doubtful it will have any tie to the single player.

 

 

Single player dlc will probably stay in LS.

I personally think they would need to significantly revise Liberty City if they were to add it to GTAO (of course they could've already have done that)

 

I remember, outside the highways that ran around the perimeter of the individual islands, there were only two major streets on each island that spanned them and even then they only went about 3/4 of the way through. Every other street went about 4 blocks before you had to make an abrupt turn. This was most likely a design choice to mask how small the map really was Additionally the streets were narrower, in other words the existing Liberty City map wouldn't really be as race friendly.

 

Not online friendly as poor drivers could easily take out good drivers simply by not slowing down for the 90 degree turn and then everybody gets out and the shoot out begins.

 

There wasn't as much verticality in IV as well with minimal roof access but that could be fixed with ladders.

 

CarnageRacing's comment jogged something. I recall very few garages until you got to Alderney. You were only allowed as many car saves as you could fit into that painted outlined box out side your safe house, so they would have to redo many structures to add more garages.

 

Anyways, I think they could've been working on this for a long time so even though it may be a large task it could already be done.
