I want sweet tooths truck or at least the horn.

This is actually a really really good post. Like why was the Mr.Whoopie ice cream truck not included in this game?

 

I feel like the devs at R* missed so many chances at San Andreas nostalgia. Like most of the old devs retired and there are a bunch of new dudes working there.

More customization is always better. I have long wanted them to include famous outfits and cars and give the original creators a portion of the profits.

My qyestion is, with Halloween being big, why wouldn't they put out a Halloween DLC? Some spooky masks, like a witch, mummy, making the Frankenstein's Monster mask and Zombie mask available to buy, some jack o lanterns and spider web decorations and other stuff for a few days before and after Halloween... Missed opportunity, if you ask me and half this forum...

Halloween would be the perfect way to showcase what they could do since breaking away from the shackles of last gen. It's the perfect time of the year to put in place a DLC which would be easily the best yet. Instead of the usual 'event weekend' how about an 'event week' starting from the end of October until early November so to include Guy Fawkes night?

 

Instead of the usual count down to a free mode activity, have a count down to a zombie mode where the sky changes and everyone becomes zombies with the person with the most kills/survives the longest on foot wins?

 

Start advertising it from next week. A good ploy which could bring more upgrades from last gen!

There will be no halloween update.

There will certainly not be a low-rider themed halloween updated. That's one of the most ridiculous reaches I've ever read here.

You still aren't getting mansions, even if there was.

If you people would turn this all over to a wishlist thread, then you'd have 21 pages of your discussion turning it from whatever morass you feel it's in now to something "useful," or at least whatever you feel this thread is worth.

They didn't do a Halloween update last year which, to be Frank, was surprising for me, considering how obvious it should have been.

 

I really really hope they do it this month though. It's a missed opportunity if they don't. They've done Christmas, Valentines, and American Independence. Come on R*! You know we want it!

 

Agree 100%. GTAO is the perfect environment to have such a DLC. We have only had 4 new DLC's this year whilst last year we had 8??!!

It's all about current gen now so come on

They already announced a live stream for this friday. That's a sign to me that there's not gonna be anything this week. Because with a new update there's always a event weekend...

Would it be possible for rockstar to add cars with kers (don't have to be super's)? Yes we have the lectro and vindicator but because they are motorbikes, they are more agile so it's more easy to use around the map i guess. Would it be hard to have the map correspond with Our controlls if they would add cars with that system aswell? Or is the coding for it to complex? I mean we have an actuall active spoiler now so why not take it a step further?

 

The KERS system isn't even realistic. On cars like the Toyota Prius that have Kinetic Energy Recovery System use regenerative braking, with special brakes that turn the energy used for stopping into electricity which is then sent to the batteries as fuel, not as a speed boost or nitrous type deal. There's no point in putting it in a car unless it's going to be realistic, and since it won't be realistic, why bother?

It most certainly allows the Mclaren P1, among other supercars, and F1 cars an instant speed boost at the push of a button. You are right about the Prius, but cars like the P1 use that energy stored in the batteries to intantly activate their elecrtic motors powering the wheels, providing a speed boost.

 

It is certainly realistic for a hyper car to have it.

I will be secretively optimistic for a Halloween update up until the 29th. The reasons why;

The first Idependence Day update had no prior announcement. It just dropped.

 

Even the leakers had no idea until about 2 weeks ahead of time. That might be because Hipster was released at that time and they didn't have new code to go through until then.

 

R* has been getting better at hiding code. I don't even recall any leaks about freemode before They announced it.

I wished they talk about anything...new project, new update, new games something other than the Red Hook Crit and how to's on playing freeroam events.

I want the Tampa, but in the future I want more unique mods on cars. I can see it now, same options as every other muscle car. Carbon hood, 1 single scoop blower, 1 triple hole blower, wheelie bars, and side pipe exhaust. It is almost the same for all the Muscle cars.

 

I just want some different stuff. Maybe a 6 inch tall cowl hood. Or a big funny car style scoop. A set of bolt on flares like the Futo. Idk man just something a lil different.

 

That is one of many reasons I like the Blade so much. Only one you can make into a Gasser, and I love that.

Yeah. I wish they really gave us options, not just "this car is can be made into X and here is a several mod variations within that theme."

 

Say if they ever came out with the 61' Impala I prefer (which I don't assume they ever would) I think it would make every bit a great muscle car, maybe even a gasser as it would a low rider and wish we were given both options.

 

Of course that would open it up to some unholy Frankenstein creations but it's a chance I would be willing to take.

 

And I would love a cowl option for more muscle cars. It's why I like the Buccaneer so much (and it's lackluster engine sound is why I get rid of it)
