Seeing as the leaked weapons for the lowriders 2 update are complete with full animations and weapon tints, it's seems like we will get Lowriders 2 pretty soon here. Although we haven't seen any liveries for the other leaked Lowriders besides the slamvan and Sabre gt2, we can assume Rockstar has the others done as well. Rockstar has over 900 employees working, having that number of people work on one single thing will greatly increase the chance of completion of a DLC. The earliest we can expect Lowriders 2 to drop is the 24th and latest on December 15th. If Rockstar is preparing for Lowriders 2 events, then we should expect a drop in the 24th.

There have been no leaked weapons for lowriders2, in fact no weapons at all.

 

There has been a leak of some weapons and it seems quite likely we'll see lowriders2, but they aren't necessarily the same thing.

I think the animations are for the Apartments update and same thing with the weapon tints.

The Lowriders 2 vehicles list is the only thing confirmed as anyone can extract v3_car_data_v2.xml from Ifruit and check it by himself.

I never said the weapons will come, notice I used the word "according". Fun's leaks aren't confirmed yet either. It doesn't mean the weapons are fake though. They are impossible to fake. Who said anything about an aircraft carrier? In a Lowriders update? What. Where did you get that idea from?

I'd say Lowriders 2 and Xmas update. Or Lowriders on the 24th, Apartment on Dec. 15 and then small Xmas update on the 22th.

Lol I'd say it is pretty reasonable to assume Lowriders 2 will include some weapons.

 

I'd say the double barrel and switchblade fit nicely.

I doubt about releasing them together. They did it with Halloween because it was "holiday" update. I would say they'll release Low2 and Christmas together, Apartments after that

We've seen proof of that in the past 2 months. After The Freemode Events Update, I thought we wouldn't see another update until November. But nope, we got Lowriders AND a Halloween Update, both in the same month too. This has never happened in GTA Online's update history.

 

And now we have Lowriders II on the way, AND a Christmas Update next month.

We know that. Do you think you're a reporter issuing some breaking news here? Everyone is well aware that until we see the content, it may (emphasis on "may") not be real. Or it may be real. We don't know for sure. However, what Dragoon said he found included those weapons, in the same DLC folder as the lowriders. If it gets released and those weapons are in it, it goes some way to validating his other claims/leaks. If it gets released and those weapons are missing, it looks pretty bad for him.

 

Get it? Or do we need to have another round of "it's fake/it's real" again?

I do apologise, I didn't realise you are solely responsible for policing all the posts here to ensure they align with your own views.

 

I'm just keeping a level head amongst the "we're getting all this stuff fo' sure" posts here. Look at the last page or so, some thing we're getting 3 updates in the next month for example... Taking unconfirmed stuff for granted and assuming we're getting it soon just leads to disappointment when it doesn't happen.

 

The french stuff might be correct, partially correct or not at all. Even then we might or might not ever see this stuff added to the game, let alone in the next month.

 

As I have said before no point in taking anything for granted and getting all excited. When its up on newswire then we can take an interest and look at what we're actually going to get.

 

Get it ? or do we have to go through all this again ?

The post you replied to sounds nothing like the posts you reference above. Someone says we might get two of his leaked weapons in this update and you flip out. At least reply to the posts that say, "Imma buy all three yachts and fly them to North Yankton with mah Cargobob 4!" No need to get crazy on someone just because they think the leak is slightly more likely to be real than you do.

I see three possible outcomes regarding Dragoon's leak... One, the stuff he said comes, and he was right. Two, the stuff doesn't come, and it was a bunch of bullsh*t. And finally, three, half of the stuff comes, and he was only half full of sh*t. Either way, we won't know. Unless he gives Fun some info or the sh*t comes, there's no real way to know. So as for the whole fake vs real argument, I gotta say, we're best off staying Switzerland. Being neutral, and not saying whether it is or isn't fake based on just pictures. Because either way, we'll be hyping ourselves for nothing, or for half the stuff or for good reason. If it comes, there will be people coming out of the woodwork calling him a lying blah blah blah and if it does come, people will come out of the woodwork to call other people sceptical assholes because they didn't believe it. I'm taking this the same way I initially took Fun's leaks. I wasn't sure if they were real or not until the stuff came. It did, and I apologize to Fun for being kind of dick in my sceptisicism. But the only real thing to say is, time will tell. The proof will be in the future.

Considering the supposed way the information was "acquired", if even a single piece of it is released, then it makes the whole thing pretty legit.

 

Of course that would only mean it's something R* was working on at some point, which is not guaranteed to ever be released.

I guess some people don't quite see it as I do. They can't release a never ending stream of top shelf stuff, because it'd be too much and a lot of it would go unused. I'm hoping if we get the Lowrider Part II update in 1-2 weeks that we don't get another huge update for at least 6-8 weeks after. Give people a chance to enjoy the new stuff and then time to save up more money for what will be coming.
