I think that it is an Update that doesn't have a name yet, or, OR, it will actually be called "Patch Day" and they add a whole bunch of community requested stuff. Probably the latter though.

 

It's just the folder name of the files that contain general fixes which is bundled with the DLCs.

 

This is what you can refer to as the "Update" while all the actual playable content is DLC.

Probably won't. Somebody needs to do a save editor for current-gen. One of the best things about last-gen.

I still think that short tail helicopter points towards a possible yacht dlc.

 

I mean, why would they add yet another helicopter to the game, especially an unarmored helicopter? We already have enough helis as it is.

It would take something very special for me to buy another heli, I already have 5. lol

 

The only reason would be that it's designed to fit on the yacht helipad.

Either it comes with the yacht, or you have to buy it separate which I would do because it have a purpose.

 

Everyone knows that landing on that yacht helipad in coke setup is a bitch right, and that heli is a frogger, possibly the easiest heli to fly in the game atm.

So, new agile short tail heli, easy to land on helipad, makes sense no?

Aside of the short tail the new helicopter has 6 seats which obviously means that 6 people can fit inside it but yeah other than that can't notice anything else special about it.

I've been following all of this pretty closely - and I appreciate all of the insight on both sides of the fence.

 

One question...the sheer amount of content is a little bit overwhelming - I know which parts of this alleged leak are the Nightshade, Cogniscenti Sedan, Tampa, and Schafter obviously. What are the guesstimated names of the more modern sportscar and the other classic though?

 

PS: I never cared for the Slamvan because of the handling, but that livery looks insane. A little disappointed it isn't the Slamvan2 though...seems like they missed an opportunity given how many people were so excited about it with Heists.

Other than that It was found and will most likely come with sliding doors, as on the Moonbeam, I don't believe there has been anything new about it.

The Lowrider update was released on October 20th yet the update file included was called patchday7ng.

 

The number is the order in which the files are released.

Well, the Declasse Vigero is based off the 1969 Camaro*. The Gauntlet is based on the new Dodge Challenger*, which is a modern copy of the classic Challenger, which shared some styling queues with the classic Camaro. So there are some similarities, like the body line arcing over the rear fender and the little fender vents behind the doors.

Thank you. I was about go there, even though I'm not really a car guy. The two don't look much alike to me, they just share a few similar details (especially that rear fender body line, which is so damn sexy).

 

Which all reminds me, I need to save more money and get myself a Challenger.
