Idk if anyone has ever made a topic about this but everytime I take a car to Simeon, I hear a person talking but when I go in the garage WITHOUT the car I see no one, it is as if there's a ghost in the garage....I feel like they forget to fix this lol

Simeons garage is a collection point for stolen vehicles. Why in the world would anyone hang around after you deliver a stolen car. This isn't a legit bussines like the LSC.
