DLC will be nice but the bad news is if there is DLC = GTA VI comes out in 2020 YEAR.

Like someone said in the previous pages, before GTA 6, they might plan for some anniversary edition of IV along with the feature for online play. I'm in doubt regarding a SP DLC now. They might release something new and different, but that's just a hunch right now.

If there were true, other leakers with a much better reputation would already found out. Also, people can modify files from the game easily. Its not fake because Its actually there if you use OpenIV.

 

Its been explained that SPUPGRADE is for those who upgrade from Last Gen to Next Gen console (PS4/XBONE) so,it has nothing to do with SP DLC.

They never said it wasn't coming to NG. I hate it when people jump to conclusions too easily and fail to comprehend relatively simple sentences. All they said back in 2013 was something along the lines of "we're currently focusing on the PS3/360 versions... the game already feels 'next gen' to us... " etc.

This is pretty much the same argument as the "we're focusing on Online at the moment"-does-not-equal-"we're not doing anything else ever".

 

You don't even have to read between the lines. Just read the goddamn lines, lol.

It's for the next gen versions of the game. Nothing new.

SPUpgrade is the collectors edition content. IIRC, the railgun models, etc, are in that file. It's not SP DLC related.
