iSFan49 Posted January 26, 2003 Share Posted January 26, 2003 As I flew the Sparrow toward the hotel with the balcony from which the pictures are taken, I thought of something. There is an overhanging ledge in front of the hotel covering the entrance. I tried landing the Sparrow on that ledge, jumping off and taking the minor damage. Then I went to the top and took the pictures. My intention was to jump off the balcony, fall to the ledge, and take the chopper from there back to the studio without worrying about getting down the stairs or avoiding cops. However, the balcony rail was too high to jump from. There is an interesting sign next to it that reads, "Don't just jump, hyperjump." I thought this had some purpose or was some kind of hint, but no matter what I did I couldn't jump the rail. Does anyone know whether this sign means anything or is just an unusual coincidence? BTW, I wound up redoing the mission, landing the Sparrow on the beach, using it to escape. I flew it back to the studio and the guys with machine gus at the door shot at it. It lit on fire, so I jumped out just as it exploded and landed right in the pink circle...mission complete! That was one of the best finished to any mission that I have ever had!
