sam fisher Posted January 26, 2003 Share Posted January 26, 2003 First you need a helicopter.Then go to the tall building in front of the malabo club.(before it gets dark) and just hover in front of it untill it gets dark.and then for about 3 seconds you will see a dick made by all the lights. untill all the rest come on.
