Del Perro Freeway Tunnel

Hi, I’m sure that this has been posted somewhere before but when I play as Franklin, Drive to the Del Perro Freeway Tunnel. Come in from the end nearest to doctor Friedlander’s office and stop at the 3rd doorway on the right hand side of the tunnel and just walk up to the doorway, I fall though and end up back in the tunnel in the middle of the road. I tried it on 2 completely different PS3’s using 2 different game discs and it does the same on both, is this a error on the game, an Easter egg or just an oversight by Rockstar ?
