[c#.net] How to make a UI and customize it?

Recommended Posts

BiiiXteR

So, I want to make a mod menu but the old menu system isn't working anymore... Any idea on how? I would like to make a menu that you can position wherever you want, change it's color, font and so on.

Like this one :

I've tried the NativeUI thing, but it seems kinda complicated. If it's the only way to make a menu, any good tutorials that explains everything?

And are NativeUI's customizable? :)

Thanks.

You need to update targeted framework to 4.5.2 if you're using ScriptHookVDotNet V2.1

Edit: About the menu, there's examples in ScriptHookVDotNet source code. As for input box, you can easily use Game.GetUserInput(//i forgot params)

I do use v2.1 of scipthookVDtoNet...

Can't really test the other stuff out since I can't build the actual mod.... D:

*Edit* Just realized how stupid that sounds.... I'm installing the 4.5.2 version right now.

Doesn't seem to work, I don't think its the code though... Do you know which plugins you need for .net scripts to work?

Forgot to put the .dll file in my scripts folder... *facepalm*

Well, the input box is working perfectly! Thanks! :D
