Has car spawning in online gotten worse?

Lately I have noticed that the variety of cars around is limited to the same 3 cars everywhere I go, after some set amount of time I will see a new set of 3 cars but it still just 3. I don't remember it being this bad before. I used to see different cars in different parts of town.

 

I'm on 360, please tell me it is better no next gen, at least then there will be some hope for.

PS3 was terrible for vehicle spawning too, with my move to PS4 there's occasionally times where cars spawn over and over but not as bad as what I experienced on LG.

On Xbox one sometimes its like a NYC rush hour and other times it's like im the only person on the road

the amount of traffic seems the same, there will be lots of cars but they are the same 3 cars. Guess it is time to save up for a new console

Theres so much traffic on next gen that you will miss the old lonely roads of old gen when you feel like driving as fast as you can...lol

i believe it's just luck.sometimes you can't find the car you want.and sometimes you can.found the sultan when i wasn't trying to find it.the same thing for the phoenix.now trying to find a schwartzer.found one.but i got disconnected
