These platforms were always a public test environment/beta, and it was clear that the technical limitations would exlude them from content updates later on. All I can say to those which are affected is : you should have been more patient and waited for the actual game to come out. You should have passed on the GTA V PTE/Beta aka. I refuse to pay 60+ for a game i preordered. Ill pay 20 for a used version of V when I do upgrade. I just wish they didn't water down the game for last gen.
