Rockstar. Yeah i totally agree to that. I mean it was nice add-on's but also a lot of memory waste and time waste. There was even more things very unnecessary. If a update about entering various properties, customizing properties or similar stuff it would have been better. I mean, we all requested it often, but they never really focused on it i guess. All of that time, space and effort could've either went towards making the map/layout bigger/better or towards continuing to add to the last-gen platforms of the game so that we wouldn't be in this predicament right now. Too bad. You know every time I play V I forget that you can go underwater? I forget the feature's even there. And when I do remember it, I don't think of it the way I do interiors where I'm like "It's nice that I could go there if I ever wanted to" instead I just see it as nothing because there is nothing worthwhile under there. All of that space, all of it, wasted. So basically, as silly as it sounds, last-gen players can blame the ocean for their limitations. For why Rockstar supposedly can't "squeeze" more cookie cutter cars and clothes into this game of ours... They presented the ocean as being this expansive area that included much interest and wonder as the surface - but there really isn't much going on. I like it, don't get me wrong - but it wasn't anything amazing. Also, on a tangent, I have noticed a very odd mentality on these forums. If someone doesn't get what they believe they are entitled to, they become upaet (this part is fine) - but then they state that they would be happier if the people who did get it were penalised in some way. For example: - The PC guys who got their knickers in a twist when the Editor was announced for CG. - People in this thread speaking of how abandoning LG would have been fine if CG were charged more for the game. This is just a messed up aspect of human psychology. Why do we care about other people enjoying themselves if we don't? I, for one, play on 360. I get that rockstar can't keep supporting a game that came out so long ago. I understand that they claimed they weren't going next gen but they would have stopped adding updates regardless... Way I see it, there are many different game modes in the thing already, just not in the way most think. I feel as if I found a new way to play the game, and that's in part to the crew system. I at first was in a military style crew, so I was always with others, ready for orders. Then I went into an MC, now it's way different. Point is, the new content is a distraction. It's Rockstar's way of getting your ass to pay more than the initial sixty dollars. I waited almost a year after release, and got it for twenty. That's all I've ever had to pay. And when they inevitably shut the servers down for last gen, I'll hop to PC. The whole last gen vs new gen is the reason why PC gaming is much better. Its not worth because they are right about the technical issues. PC rules! Also GTA V SP is just an average, boring open world game. There is nothing interesting about this game. Its still boring on PC even with all the mods. The mods are way too limited and bring nothing much to make the game worthy enough for spending the time, unlike GTA SA with incredible mods simply blows V out of the water.
