I mean, once you get a computer, everything else is free and/or in Steam.

I don't know, according to most people you can't just use any ordinary computer, you need a special Limited Edition Alienware with Gaben and Razer blessed parts.

I can afford a decent PC alright, but I don't have enough room for it. Almost every space is used in my room. Yes I have a decent laptop but it didn't even met the minimal requirement for GTAV.

 

And I suck at Open World gaming on a PC anyway. Its a miracle I don't get killed immediately in Skyrim.

And you can't properly compare a PC to a console anyway.

 

My PS1 runs better than my wacky old Dell laptop, but my PS3 won't even DARE challenge my current (and new) Hp laptop. Not a chance in Hell.

PC's come with all types, unlike consoles. Yes, a Super Slim PS3 may be more powerful compared to the "original" PS3, but not all of them are like that. PC's come in all shapes unlike consoles.

PC's can be upgradable, which means it costs more money to build your sh*t compared to a console AND it takes space. My PS3 barely take any space compared to a dedicated PC.

 

The fairest way to compare PC to a console is Laptop vs Console. As far as I know, upgrading your laptop requires a helluva lot cash compared to a standalone PC, might as well buy a new laptop instead. Same with consoles.

 

 

Anyway, here I am enjoying my PC and PS3 at the same time. Goodbye PC Only kids. Multi-Platform Master Race.

What about the single player DLC R* promised us? What about the "ever expanding online world" that R* promised would come to LG way before they even announced GTA V would come out on current gen?

 

It's pretty obvious R* are just a bunch of corporate slimeballs telling big porkie pies just to make us buy there lackluster, unfinished game again.

 

So they expect us to believe they can't add simple things onto LG such as gun engravings & simple free mode activities yet they have ammassed over $1billion? And they claim self radio can't be added to CG which is a load of crap also.

 

R* just reek of corporate greed & it's obvious they just want us folk on LG to throw money at them for a copy of GTA on CG so they can please their monthly investers. A disgusting and dispicable act & a genuine big "F YOU" to all the people on LG who helped R* reach $1billion.

What do you think they can do with 256 and 512 MB of RAM from 10 years ago compared to GDDR5 and DDR3 8GB memory now? Just think about it and stop complaining. Quit being cheap and upgrade! Save your money to buy a new console! They want to use the newest technology for their games now.

Not really. Rockstar and many other video game developers make games with cutting edge technology and the last Gen consoles don't have enough processing and graphics power to run it. If Rockstar took a gamble and made the update that will work on both consoles, everyone would bitch and moan that the servers keep crashing! Obviously you know how much of the system the game is utilizing on the last gen systems and how easy it would be to rectify this and create more ram out of thin air. Also am not sure why you think it is so easy to add these "simple free mode activities"...

 

When it launched, pretty much everyone said it was amazing that R* were able to create this game on the old hardware. Now suddenly you are expecting them to tap into secret reserves of power??

 

And the last-gen people need to stop being so precious and thinking that they alone are the ones who have supported R* and generated all their profits. I am pretty sure that a large percentage of people who bought the game on PS4 also had it on PS3. They have supported the game for TWO YEARS with free updates and DLC - not sure how many other examples of you can point to of developers who have done this?

 

The fact is that they can accomplish more if they dedicate their team to making updates for the current-gen.
