All of you that are bitching about SP being short changed because of online, do you really expect anyone to believe you didn't get your $60 worth? Come on, I want the SP DLC too, but quit whining. Even if it never comes, and even if V wasn't your favorite game in the series, you ABSOLUTELY got your money's worth a long time ago. This place is getting unbearable. Thats not even the main problem. Are you even reading the posts correctly?People are pissed because Rockstar's hard on for Online is getting worse. They talk as if its the best thing thats ever happened to GTA and put most of their people to work on sh*tty Online. Thats definitely NOT a good sign for future Rockstar games. What's the story in other forums or the internet? If people from only this forum say "Rockstar should focus on single-player", I don't think there is a chance of success. If a lot people from Reddit, other gaming forums, and in fact any other internet place could support your petition, it could very well get into the eyes of R*, otherwise it will just many of the ignored petitions. The GTA subreddit is full of Online fanboys I doubt they care about SP R*s focus on Online at the moment does not mean they won't release any Singleplayer games in the future its clear that a new Red Dead or even Agent is in the works. Agent and the new red dead will have worser sp. Just the way of the times as a hardcore fan we will always be left to slaughter in the name of casual gamers. Worse SP ?I don't know about you but the Singleplayer of GTA V was rather good Max Payne 3 was good aswell, Red Dead was good. What are you on about? Just because YOU think GTA V isn't good for some little flaws it has, when do so. GTA V was, and I will say it again, and again and again. a realy awesome game which nailed the atmosphere of a Organic Soup Opera with entertaining writing freedom of how to explore the world, a beatifully crafted Openworld, narratively backed up Random Events and side activities, and of course a realy good graphical fidelity which can STILL hold up to most games, its even way better than MGS V regarding graphics. Rockstar Games allways produces high quality innovative titles, every title they release has something new and fresh to it, at least every GTA. And I believe Agent is going to be their next awesome game. I was agreeing until the MGSV part, Just No. GTA V graphics are better than MGS V, thats fact.MGSV runs at 60fps, GTAV runs at 30 something fps which looks like sh*t. Seriously, I went to play V after MGSV and I was so used to 60fps that V made me want to puke. (Granted I'm talking console versions here.) They are working on other games and with the Posts from "Franklin" it appears they are working on story mode DLC. Just because they say they arent doesnt mean they arent. Its something they likely cant talk about now. All game companies have these "blackouts". They showed off something at E3 and it damn sure wasnt Rockstar Editor of the new free mode. Oh, so if they said they are working on a SP DLC doesn't mean they are? What??? If they are working on a SP DLC, which many things point to that they are, doesnt mean they are allowed to talk about it and may even deny it. Game companies work that way. It may not seem at big of a deal if you're used to 30, but if you go from 60 back to to 30 it feels like watching a flip book animation or one of those film boxes where you turned a crank and looked in to see a horse run. That's the truth. I remember in my old sh*t laptop days that ran all my games at a nice, unstable 15-30 fps and I used to think that was fine. He's been attacked several times in several threads over the last three days just for arguing that HE liked GTA V. I'm suprised I didn't get a ton of hate for pointing that out, but it's because this thread has just turned into another monumental case of no one wanting to discuss without arguing. Were you not able to comment either without throwing a silly jab in at me at the last second? The fact you are calling a R* defender is proof positive that you haven't been reading my posts in this or any other recent topic or you would realize how wrong that is. GTA V is way too cartoonish, aspect which makes me sick in every game I play, just take a look at the cliffs from MGSV, it looks real. The only aspect GTA V can compete against MGSV regarding graphics is when it's at a raining night, the only moment where the graphics looks realistic as hell. Other than that, GTA V graphics looks even worse than GTA IV graphics regarding the realism feel.
