IS there anyway i can take out the other guy? Because i cant beat him he's way too fast and i cant keep up any help at out racing him?

Instead of me telling you what to do you could do one of these things:

 

1)Go keep trying stuff until you beat hilary

2)use the search topic on top of the menu to your right

3)keep asking until somebody who is nicer than me tells you some secrets

4)keep asking until somebody harsh flames you for asking and then you get a warning star for asking such a question

try to shoot out his wheels with your uzi. It will have no speed and you will easly win. Also, try to fish tail him so hew hits a tree or somting

Try hitting him at the back of his car then he'll spin.

Thired do it at day time so you  could see better.

And no, you can't use a rocket launcher on his car because you'll need him ALIVE.

u could park a fast car at the first right turn if ur desperate.. and cheap. ive never tried it but ppl say it works.

Just keep racing him and at the end of the race ( befoe the bridge) smash into him, and go through the shortcut on the right.

 

 

Oh, and a lot of times he'll smash into a building or something by himself and you can just drive forward him having no chance at all.

i beat him 2nd time, but i did use a cheat.

i used the slow motion cheat, then its real easy.

you take all the corners perfectly and the cops take out the other guy, then as soon as you get out the car the cheat goes off

he slows down near the turn at the end. Just try and keep up with him until this part. When he goes round the long road way, just cut through the grass and BANG!, You should be able to get in front of him.

Really... it's not that hard if you know how to drive correctly.

I've made it just by pure racing. Only focus on the road and on the traffic.

Just drive very safely and don't try any fancy tricks. Remember your car has a lower acceleration, but its top speed is better, so don't move around like a jackass, keep driving as perfectly as possible to maintain your top speed. You will also need a little luck... I passed the mission myself when Hilary screwed up at the beginning, so I could take the lead and just drive efficiently to the arrival, without doing anything special. I would avoid trying to swap vehicles or any crap like that that some people might suggest, to me it only makes things harder.

Use the spin out trick. hit him by the back tyre and he will 'spin out'and u r shore 4 a win. unless u cant drive that good. i dont mean to boast but i think the driver is one of the easyest misions. but thats just me. i had him spin out within 3 seconds of the race. its too easy 4 me.

Anyway, that Hilary guy is stupid, the only thing he does is stepping on the gas, so push him against a tree or something.

If you get hilary to spin out into a wall and he's facin' the wall he won't reverse..he'll just carry on tryin' to go forward...there's your chance to take advantage of the race
