After running Social Club and play or play offline for the moment appears black window and then disappears. I have a windows 7. Red Hat Posted September 11, 2015 Share Posted September 11, 2015 (edited) Do the following: 1) Open up Steam 2) From the Library section, right-click on Grand Theft Auto IV and select Properties from the menu. 3) Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache button. It will take some time. Check whether the game works or not. If it doesn't, Uninstall Games for Windows Live. Install it again by clicking here. Download and install the latest version of AMD drivers by clicking here. Download and install .NET Framework from here. After that, download Patch 1.0.7.0 and install it from here.
