I don't understand why everyone thinks demolition man is hard. You got plenty of time, something else is dildo dodo when you hit building you can reset mission.

I actually played VC again a couple of days ago, finishing the game in the same day I started. Death Row was surprisingly way less hard than I remembered it to be.

I just picked off the two guys at the entrance with a sniper rifle, then rushed in and shot everyone with an Uzi whilst running towards where Lance is, took away a bit of my health (started out with 100 armor and 100 health, finished with 87 health and no armor), the real pain in the ass is the cars that chase you at the end, but on my second try of the mission (because on the first try they blew up my car) I just went around them (took a hard right at the entrance and went over the little dock bridge), and finished it no problem.

Demolition Man was also very easy.

I have recently beaten it too, now the ONLY time I lose the mission Death Row is because I didn't protect the trash truck. When shooting the enemy you want to avoid aiming ANYWHERE near the trash truck because the tires always get blown out which dooms the trip against the enemy comets 3 times out of 5.

I reckon it is dependent on what Platform people play on. I hear it's tricky for people who play on PC for some reason, but on Console and Mobile, it's cake. As I said a handful of times in this Topic already, but VC is seriously the easiest one in the Series. Afterall, I finished it in 19 Hours and 10 Minutes and 5 days total of playing it. III is even quicker as I finished that one in 4 days and if there was a Total Playing Time Stat in the Pause Menu, I probably finished it in 12-15 Hours. sh*t's so easy these days it's not even fun anymore for me. Only the Special Vehicles is the challenge these days. Without that, I wouldn't even play, tbh. Way too easy...

On PC it's easy too, you just need to tap insted of hold direction buttons.

I've never been able to beat Death Row without spawning a Rhino.

Cool rhymes lol.

Lol, then I haven't a clue what people are talking about, then. Figures, though. I barely can relate to people these days with GTA and hardly comment anymore and rather just talk to people in PM who enjoy doing the harder stuff in GTA and such. I don't understand half the problems people have and especially in VC.

it took me years to beat vice city. if it wasn't for cheat codes I would have never beaten it. in my first year of playing I never cheated and I only got so far as the property ownership missions etc. man some missions are just so hard. if you want to beat vice city without cheats good luck with that ha! the final mission killing lance and sonny is a mission within itself.

death row is easy if you just crouch and use cover.

The Adrenaline Pill? Right next to the Stairs before you go up on the Roof to shoot the guys with the Sniper? Yeah, it's much easier completing it that way...

Demolition Man, Bombs Away and The Driver missions were the most difficult missions for me in the past as it took more than 20 to 25 tries to beat those missions, even now sometimes the driver mission becomes difficult because of those cops ramming my car, but its okay now i can beat those missions in just ONE try and about Demolition Man and Bombs away those are my favorite missions now.. :)

Also i wouldn't recommend using cheats in this game.

But GTA VC on ps2 and android can be serious trouble not kidding!! :panic::rampage:

Lol, PS2 and iOS (which is basically the same as Android) aren't hard at all...

Maybe but it took 5 tries to beat Sir yes Sir mission in PS2 GTA VC and i don't have an iPhone.. :p

Android and iOS are still the same controls and such...

As for Sir, Yes Sir! I always obtain the EC2 Patriot in that Mission while passing it at the same time :D You gotta drive to the main road on the West Island and snipe the Driver out of the Patriot and then run and kill all the Army guys and take it to a Garage before getting that Tank to bring to the Garage Lockup. Not bad at all...

But anyways, as I stated a handful of times in this Topic, I can't relate to most people when talking about difficulty in VC as there is no difficulty for me. VC and V are the easiest GTA's in the Series of the 10 I own and played to 100%...

I literally failed Death Row 2-3 times before taking my time and finally passing it on another try. It's not hard at all if you take it easy instead of going in guns blazing.

The whole game was actually pretty easy. Failed some missions from time to time when playing for my first time but now I have almost no trouble playing any missions.

I wonder what's the difficulty like on mobile version though. I'd imagine it'd be tough, having to constantly swipe fingers on the screen instead of just pressing a button on keyboard/controller and calling it a day.

Nope. All Mobile Controls are is your left thumb on the Analog stick (like a PS2/3 Controller) and your right thumb on the Gas/Brake (Just like PS2/3, as well with your right thumb hovering over X, Square, Circle, and Triangle for the appropriate button to press). Mobile is just as easy for me as PS2/3. No challenge at all...

Checkpoint Charlie was a pain the arse too.

I had to beat it with a driving on water cheat on PS2 combined with a Hotring Racer back in the day. Nowadays it's pretty easy.

I had to use a Sea Maverick to beat it. PS2 too.

How hard is it on iOS then?!

I don't think the health bar drops very low, tbh. By the time I rescue Lance he has 75% health bar left, lol

Also, in the Compound, there is literally like 8 guys or so. It's not like there is 28 guys or something. I just can't relate when people say it's hard. Same with Demolition Man. Ever fly a Helicopter in a GTA? Well, it's the same exact thing using the RC Helicopter. However, from what I read, people have problems playing on PC doing such Missions. I play on PS2 and iOS and all of these aren't challenging whatsoever. Not to mention there is hundreds of Youtube Videos out there if you really need to see it done and just like you see in the Videos, is how it's done. Nobody struggles in the Videos and neither do I. I just don't get the fuss about some of the things I read in VC. It really isn't a problem at all...

Death Row was always a nice challenge. I love that mission, it's fun to race against the clock and then shoot everyone.

Had trouble with this mission and Dildo dodo back in the day. The one mission that's always a struggle even now is The driver, a sentinel vs a sabre turbo with police on is slightly unfair.

Can't recall having much difficulty in Completing any Missions.

Death Row, No Escape?, and The Driver were frustrating though.

Racing against Hilary to get him to join the heist crew was the hardest for me.also spilling the beans because of the shaky camera when you have to escape the cruise ship

Back then I had trouble with missions such as Demolition Man, Dildo Dodo and The Driver. But after practicing a couple of times, they weren't hard anymore. The Driver is mostly a matter of luck.

Nowadays I only have trouble with Death Row and Cop Land because they are mostly a matter of luck, just like with The Driver. For me it's not a problem to survive the missions since I've got 100 health and 100 armor before I start the missions but Lance always dies for some retarded reason. I mean, in last playthrough last summer, one time in Death Row, I just killed all the enemies, rescued Lance, I get in a car, I stop there to destroy the comets, as I am about to get in a car, I turn with my back at Lance and then I see that I failed mission. He somehow died for no reason at all.

I don't have any trouble with the driver anymore but I remember I use to It takes me a quite a while to deliver all those fliers in that one mission for the movie theater can't remember its name at the moment.

Dildo Dodo...

Again, a standard Mission, imo...

At least that Dodo could fly, unlike the one in III... :p
