When one leaves, the whole Setup/Heist ends. WHY?

I dont understand why we can't continue with 3 or less players. It is very irritating to see some asshole to quit before we completed the mission. Plus some (low lvl) people have no idea what to do, so they quit and people like me can nvr complete a setup in peace. OK, for heist finale i can understand, but setups? Cmon even if one leaves, everyone still will have their own bit of cash and RP. For finales it affects the total winnings hence i can handle that but pls R*, i just wanna have fun with people, if they want to leave no problem, just don't end the others who worked so hard for it..

Heists are not to be done with randoms, Rockstar has stated that several times. Heists are for crews who wants to cooperate together, that is what differs heists from missions. Heists are supposed to be for the more advanced players and having the heist failed if someone leaves are a part of that difficulty. Youre supposed to work as a team.

If you have a problem with a heist ending if someone leaves - play missions or find some loyal friends to do the heists with.

Which is precisely why R* lets randoms play challenging heists from rank 12, while simulatenously demanding that they can't start completing simple daily objectives until rank 15.

Heists: "Players must be rank 12 or above to set up a heist..."

Daily Objectives: "Daily Objectives are a feature in Grand Theft Auto Online introduced in the Heists Update. They are unlocked at rank 15."

Unlocking heists at evel 12 was a idiotic decision of Rockstar, nobody is denying it. That has nothing to do with heists themselves and their purpose. Heists are a stepup for people who have no problem doing missions. I kick anyone level 50 or lower on heists. I dont do that in missions.
