Red Turismo R's attacking me in GTA V campaign

I have been playing GTA 5 freemode in campaign, and just today Red Turismo R's began to spawn randomly, with one fat chick and one skinny dude in every car (all with micro smg's). Each encounter happens randomly, and each time there is another car spawned. (1st encounter- 1 car, 2nd encounter- 2 cars etc.) I also get one star when they spawn. I dont believe this is part of any mods I have installed, as I havent installed any new mods for a week, and just started having these encounters today (I am also a frequent player to continue that point). PC Specs and Installed mods: (PC- Gtx 960, AMD FX-8350, WD black 1tb drive, Corsair vengence 8gb RAM, ASrock extreme6 990fx, Samsung 600 gb drive) {PC mods- Native Trainer asi, scripthookV, bodyguard mod, simpletrainer 2.3, IPL downloader}.
