[VC] How do i replace anims (Gtaanimmngr doesnt work!)

Guys, how do i change animations in vc right now my gaming platform is in iOS and im bored with chunky vc anims but dont say i use GTAanimmngr it doesnt work for me everytime i open my ifp file it crashes everytime i guess it was built for SA not for VC if you know how to replace anims in VC ifp pls tell me i could use some help here.

First thing: Dont make two topics at a time with the same content.

Second thing: I don`t thinks it is made for Vice City. The Vice City IFP files till now can be modded only using one tool "IFP Suite for Gmax+VC". You can find this tool here.
