aawesomemizz
First off here are my specsWindows 10 Home 64biti3 4130Intel HD Graphics 4400 1gb vram8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram1tb hdd I get about 30 fps with these specs so it's completely playable. When I start the game at the menu my ram usage is around 4gb. Once I roam around the city everything goes smoothly but the ram usage slowly climbs up to 6gb and I get micro stutters. If I continue to play the game the stutters would get worse all my ram gets consumed and the game would pretty much crash with this error ERRGFXD3D_INITFailed Initialization. Please reboot and restart the game. Try reinstalling the game if this persists. This gets pretty annoying because I could be doing a race and the game would just crash with no warning. The game crashes much easier when I'm driving in the city especially. This happens in both Story and Online..
aimpad
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm pretty sure it is your video card causing the problem. The Intel integrated graphics shares 1 GB of its memory with the 8 GB of memory installed on your system. If the game usage is up to 6GB, that leaves 2 GB of system memory for both the video memory and your operating system which is probably why it then crashes. If you reduce the resolution or other graphic settings it might help, but you might want to consider adding a beefier video card if you can (unless it is a laptop, of course). _MK_

lysander
GTAV will be hard pushed to work on the Intel HD graphics cards. The min spec is a Nvidia GT9800 which is out performs or very close to a Intel 4600. Maybe on lowest settings it would work but would be very lucky to work. Seemly
I am not sure if your a computer or laptop, if your computer, it isn't hard to get a dedicated card, they are probably cheap at amazon. if your laptop, you will have to buy another laptop (Unless your laptop supports upgrading) OR get external dedicated card. Thalyn
you need a real graphics card, and a better computer No sh*t he has a fake graphic card then? He hasn't graphic card at all... He just has a "graphic chipset". It's very different compared to a "real graphic card" (same kind of difference with your "GTX 860M" and the real GTX 860 graphic card). aawesomemizz
Alright guys I fixed my problem. I had to disable shadows and the crashing stopped. And I'm pretty sure my computer is capable of playing cause I get constant 30fps so shh.
