Disappearing $ and Weaponry

I have had buckets of money disappear, always coming back with $0. Had to buy my Sniper Rifle twice now. Accessories still there so far for some reason, which doesn't make sense.

I mean, what the what man? I've made doubly sure as I can. Join another session then go to single player for double the auto saves then make character sleep. Seems to make no difference.

on ps4 my weapons dissapear occasionally

very annoying but I don't think there's a fix
