FruityReverb Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 When I remove the things I need for my trainer, it says the game is corrupted, but when I add them back it works fine? What's going on? Also I remove "asi loader" and when I start the game it automatically adds its self back. (idk if that matters)It does work when it looks like It does NOT work when it looks like (It auto adds back "asi loader.txt.") Arman Ossi Loko Posted September 2, 2015 Share Posted September 2, 2015 (edited) I believe it's the dinput8.dll because it comes with a slightly different version than the original one when you download ScriptHookV. So, when you delete ScriptHookV's files, dinput8.dll shall go along with them and I guess you need to bring back the original one. Steam version, 1:open steam. 2: go to al you're game's. 3: right click on gta V . 4:Properties. 5:third (something with local file's) 6:Verify integrity of game cache. Be warned, This wil take a while, and if something missing/something is not orginal it wil replace and make the game back how it needs to be. Good luck. Do you know where I can find the original dinput8.dll?please... i told you how to fix this already. oh and just so you know. the orginal non modded gta don't have a (dinput8.dll) that is from the asi loader -_- but okay don't listen to me. NTAuthority Posted September 5, 2015 Share Posted September 5, 2015 Seeing 'OpenIV.asi' you likely modified some packfiles (*.rpf), and without reinstalling/redownloading said files you won't get those back in their original (encrypted with the x64 V platform key) state. Good luck. You might of answered a question i was asking earlier. So, if I install a mod and lets say it f*cks something up, will verifying with Steam pretty much revert every file back to Stock? or will it fix the actual "broken" file(s) thats causing the issue? Reason i ask is because my game worked fine with all of my re-skinned vehicles but once i went to install a reskin of an ATM my game crashed and now steam is having me install about 8GB worth of stuff.
