One way to earn respect is to over take cleanly, the worst kind of players are the ones that spin you out on a race, I think I'm probably the only person that apoloagises if I accidentally spin them out and actually waits up for the person

 

If I spin somebody else out by accident I'll often stop the car and start up alongside them. Then they usually spin me out and take off.

Anybody riding a blazer gets automatically friended.

Why would you apologize? Thats how you play the game. First person to get spun out loses.

Not actual respect but it's nice to find players that actually play missions without being dicks, hard to find people like that,
