For the first time I get called a hacker in GTA O

...So I just won an LTS and a guy got pissed and started calling me a hacker.

 

Now first off, I don't have the clip captured sadly, and I too was surprised of what happened because I thought I was going to die for sure (he was literally 1 shot away from killing me), then I shot him in the face and won;

A message I wrote in-between these two but forgot to include:

I shot you in the face, which is how you died. Keep crying.

(Number 1 - I meant to say "it only covers your head..." and Number 2 - I may or may not be wrong with PS4 having mods ATM although I'm absolutely sure it doesn't, yet)

 

Mind you, the guy was rank 300+ so It's quite funny considering it's coming from someone like him.

 

Pretty sure such cases happened on PC before, but what about 8th gen?

 

Tldr:

The sole purpose of this thread is to share some more of your own stories where you get called a "hacker" even though you aren't.

and just how flooded would the forums be if everyone started a thread they thought had merit? that is why there is a thread already made for these stories. no it doesn't merit it's own thread feller.

Forums are pretty empty anyways as opposed to launch month, if anything we need some flood here anyway.

I got called a hacker the other day. I had just won a round of bumper cars by shooting the last person on the opposite team (who was the host) with a pistol that was on the ground.

Told him it wasn't a hack, the gun was part of the job, and to check the map because it shows up on there.

Then he said "well fine, you're just a cheater"

Told him "well, you shouldn't have left pickups on, or set it to a map that has them. I got last man standing awards to get"

By the way, yeah it's pretty boring, people calls you a hacker then when they find out that their argument is invalid, they start telling that you're a nerd for being a high level. Ahh, good times in FM.

I don't believe this really merits its own thread. Anyway... I've been called a hacker a number of times. Occasionally for killing someone in a laggy lobby, more often just for having a high rank (I'm approaching 500 and yes, it's basically legit). All I can say is, who cares? It doesn't matter what they think, it doesn't even really matter if they report you.

I've been called a hacker and modder because I have the police officer outfit on the 360.

 

I had some squeaky 12 year old saying "HEY HACKER! I WONT REPORT YOU IF YOU GIVE ME THAT OUTFIT! STOP HACKING!"

 

 

I told him you have to go to law school for 3 years to obtain a poilice outfit, and that when you graduate they give you a code that you use to unlock.

Bulletproof helmet does protect the face, actually. I've tried it with a friend. It doesn't matter where in the head/face you shoot them, the helmet protects it.

hehe yeah.... I got called a hacker twice this very day by two different people in the same session.

I got like about 40 kills throughout the session and only one death from another player so I can kinda see why.

Any rank above 120 is meaningless. Your stats do not improve its just points that continue to accumulate. I have a character thats over 16mths old. 315 or some sh*t. I dont know and dont care. I can and do still have my ass handed to me by better players 200+ levels lower than me.

 

I also have a level 67 who has all his stats maxed because i dedicated the time needed to buff them.

 

Level is as valuable as kdr.

 

Only whiners and loosers care about either.

 

Youre not paid to care. Shut up and play the game.

So exactly what's the point of your post?

Rank also means time invested in the game, but not necessarily skill (although it most cases it does), but at that stage someone who has played long enough would be able to take a loss easily.

Who was wearing the bullet proof helmet and what is your level OP?

 

I think most high level players are sore losers. They are the ones who message me the most.

 

The other day I killed a high level player who drove close by me without warning. He just kept on messaging me stuff like "leave this lobby now" and "you better leave". I tried to laugh it off but really I just thought it was pathetic and stupid.

 

Also all weapons are a one shot head shot up until you reach their max head shot distance, at which point they should start using their head shot damage values. The bulletproof helmets doesn't protect or stop all head shot damage, but rather decreases head shot damage. I'm not sure by how much but when wearing a bulletproof helmet a head shot will no longer be a one shot kill.
