How is it posible that a WR are down to 11 seconds?

Im not a good driver, but even with a fast car good driver it seems a record to unreal to get.

And if its cheated, why do R* the record to still be there?

You mean it's not possible to complete a lap in Criminal Records in 0.29 seconds?

I'm shocked! Shocked!

 

Both of my characters have the award and tattoo for WR's and I've gotten it 5-6 times, including one legitimate one.

all world records have been hacked since early days, your best chances are waiting for a new batch of "verified" races to get released and go for it before a modder kills the record.
