Some do spawn with miniguns.

 

OT, I do sort of wish gang members used (and droped) more throwable weapons (e.g. grenades/molotovs).

I think gang attacks need to be more harder. If anything, I would not mind if they put more enemies in there too.

The gang members should be able to call for backup adding more members than the original limit of 15 to 20 to 30 or more like Watch Dogs.

I do gang attacks all teh time, my fave one are the ones in open play (without the red circle) where gang members just hang out

sometimes I dress up as a rival gang with friends and take em out....

It's already ridiculous that Families own a Minigun. Professionals, Merryweather, Ballas, and maybe even Vagos make sense but Families? They're small time in this universe.

 

And if they have grenades, we might as well give them RPGs while we're at it.

Should be Merryweather only, gang members dont have more than handguns, or shotguns sometimes.

 

Professionals need to carry silenced weapons, to make sense.
