Dashboard meters don't work because you replaced a vehicle, keeping the same vehicles.meta. The dashboard type police3 is using is "VDT_GENTAXI". If you want it to use Banshee's dials, change it to "VDT_BANSHEE" and it will work. Also the model needs the "dials" part (I assume it's there since it's an edit to Banshee model) or else they won't show up.

As for the steering wheel, it's either animations being incorrect (also as a result of replacing a police car) or the steering wheel is in incorrect position (many mods I see have a slanted steering wheel which results in the character not holding the steering wheel correctly)

No idea how to get the police car skin/livery on the car, sorry. I can barely model anything let alone texture map.

Hello WildBrick142

Thank you for Helping me.

My english isn't that good, I come from the netherlands.

I think i understand most of it.

I don't understand this parts

The dashboard type police3 is using is "VDT_GENTAXI". If you want it to use Banshee's dials, change it to "VDT_BANSHEE

Do i find these in the vehicles.meta?

This is the orginal Banshee from the game,

So weird that when i change it to a police car the steering wheel don't fit,

because normaly In game the banshee hands of the character is correct.

Can you please explain me in an easy way how to fix this?

I never did annimations before.

And this is my first Modded car thing :)

Yes. Find "police3" in vehicles.meta and then find "<dashboardType>VDT_GENTAXI</dashboardType>" in police3's section. Then change "VDT_GENTAXI" to "VDT_BANSHEE"

Could you post a screenshot of the Police Banshee's side in-game? There is sometimes an issue with model edits that makes the steering wheel appear normally in OpenIV (and probably zmodeler too) but in-game it appears incorrectly. If that's the case I don't know how to fix it since I don't know much about model editing.

Some animations can be changed in vehicles.meta. Copy animation info from banshee and replace info in police3 with the info from banshee.

There are also some animation info in vehiclelayouts.meta but that file is encrypted for original vehicles so there's no way to edit it at the moment.

Then this might be an issue with the model.

The left side of the car so I could see the side of the steering wheel.
