Help with obtaining a cerain car

Hi,

 

I need help obtaining the Herse vehicle so that I can put it in my garage. I hear you can only obtain it if another player in the lobby has the car. However, I've searched dozens of games and asked in the chat and no one seems to have it.

 

There was another thread about this, but the guy who said he would help decided to not help and denied my friend requests, but when you look at the thread, you wouldn't know this.
