How do you request new contact missions?

I know that I haven't finished all of the currently available contact missions yet but when I request a job, most of the contacts give me jobs that i have done before. Do you know how to request new jobs? Many thanks in advance.

new ones popup as you progress, request always give you a job you have completed!

I think it just lists the jobs you have done as my manual count of the jobs in my account is 90 while gta.wikia.com lists 107 missions in total.

Spamming contacts in the phone just doesn't work. Just complete the ones that say "NEW" so you can get new jobs instead of repeating the same ones you already did. If you want the increase the chances of getting certain missions then go to the area where that mission takes place. I can't believe that after a year and a half people still don't know that. It's not a complain, I really don't get it.

This is because Rockstar has removed many missions like Chemical Extraction, A Boat in the Bay, Docks to Stocks II and there are some missions that do not appear in the list, only in the map such as Coveted, Crystal Clear Out etc

Some are also location restricted. Time to Get Away is available only after a certain point and even then you must be in Paleto Bay when you call the contact... I don't know if this is the case with alot of the missions.

Time to get away is always on my list for both characters.
