Possible Wiped Character

before i say anything else i will let you know that i am asking about this for my mom.




so she was trying to join online on monday (8-24-15) when neither me or her knew the servers were down, she tried getting online about 10-15 times within a 2-3 hour period getting various error messages each time. i thought nothing of it at the time considering I've seen all the error messages more than once before, but after the tenth time or so i checked the server status on the R* support page to find that they were all "limited" so i just decided to give up for the day and try again the next day.

so she did and it was forcing her to go to the character creation screen. so i decided to check her stats on the social club, money and rank were still there, but playing time, wins/loses, and things like stamina, shooting, driving, etc... all gone

she had two full ten car garages, and one half full ten car garage.

 

is there any way to get the character back? any help would be appreciated. this is on PS4 by the way.

Your best bet would be to contact Rockstar Support and let them know about it, they'll more than likely look into it and help your mom out.

just an update: R* gave her her rank back and gave her $4.5 mil and she got all but one of her cars back. (with different rims of course)

 

as for stats, wins, unlocks, etc... still gone. could anyone help her with the race wins? (50 land race, sea race, air race, and rally race)
