'Blow Up 2' not unlocking?

i am on rank 25 and this mission is not locked for me, i only got blowup 1 in my missions list.

does blowup2 require any pre-requisites, e.g. got a text from simeon asking to deliver some cars, or is it something else?

i've been ranking up mainly through races, accepting invites and boosting. i want to play this mission as i understand it's excellent for boosting rp quickly

seriously, original blow up is the cheapest expense, shortest travel distance, solid payout if u got 13mins of patience to grind for $$ & rp. no cops if u detonate stickies a few blocks away too.

If I remember correctly, if a mission doesn't unlock through level progress you can also unlock them by completing them from an invite from another player.

You can replay a mission once you've played it. So either find someone to host it or watch out for it on the voting screens.

 

Or just forget about sh*tty RP 'tricks' that don't work half as well as just playing missions one after another with 4 people min.
