change gta online character

why doesn't rockstar add the ability to change your characters facial features to the cosmetic surgery option when you go to the barbershop?

I can kinda understand not wanting people to completely change their characters on the fly, I guess... even though there wouldn't be any harm in it.

(because it's not like you could use it to hide from or trick people since your name obviously stays the same)

 

But at the very least they should leave the character creator open, and have it as an option say on the swap character screen.

 

It'd be a lot like GTA 4's online player options in that way. If they had no problem doing it in that game, why not in GTAO?

Just sent a support ticket with this request, curious if it would work.

 

Can confirm they're really, really cool about it and granted my request within literally 5 minutes of posting a support ticket.
