change gta online character

is there a way I can change my gta online character without doing the glitch?! because I don't really like doing glitches

actualy if you request it to rockstar they enable the option to change youre character once.

i advice you to do it good and kno how to make a character you like before doing that though

Open a ticket with rockstar, make up some bullsh*t claim about your characters face being glitched and ask them to let you change your character for a second time.

 

I did it not too long ago, it worked.

I asked nicely and with a story how I never got a chance to re-edit after transferring.

 

Others afterwards said they just asked.

 

We all got it. I've been thinking about asking for a reset again, anyways, without the story.

From what I've seen recently, you can just ask for a free appearance change and R* will give it to you.

My saved pollice outfits disappeared. If I was wearing them, however, the one I was wearing would not have disappeared.

Yes.

I've never tried directly asking, but it appears that works. You could also just wait for a major update, usually after an update you'll get a chance to edit your character(s). But who knows how long you'll have to wait. Can't hurt to give it a shot and email Rockstar.

Using an ingame exploit to enter into the character creator and requesting via a ticket to enter the rockstar character creator are no where near teh same thing. They couldn't be any more different.

 

Just because the endpoint (character creator) is the same doesn't mean anything.

 

FWIW, we'll find out, as Rockstar has very nicely replied to my ticket opening up the creator for me, again, without a sob story or any effort. Thanks Rockstar Support minions!

Let me get this straight..... Just open a support ticket via R* to edit your character's appearance, no sob story or nothing and they'll gladly grant my request? Doesn't matter what level I am?

Be sure and tweet to @rockstarsupport with your ticket number. That does speed things up.

 

OT I want the VDay clothing, can I BS my way into getting that or do they really check? I wasn't even playing GTAO then.

Am I the only one who actually took a minute or two to cycle through my character's appearance options to make sure I like what I had or what? Who would assume you could just change your face again? Sometimes a lot of you get more credit than what you deserve...smh.

I thought it might be a bit handy if I mentioned that I haven't lost any outfits after changing my appearance. If you're just going to continue being butthurt then I shouldn't bother.

I submitted a ticket to R* at 12:30pm EST and 30 minutes later, they responded with.....

We're sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with your character appearance, and we have some good news for you! We have unlocked your account so that you can change your character's appearance a second time.

The next time you log in to GTA Online, the game will ask you if you'd like to change your character's appearance again.
