What are some creative ways to troll a greedy host?

Kill yourself at the end. It's more satisfying on Pac Standard since you can kill the hostages which calls Noose and you lose money.

just leave them

seriously, last time i asked a host for 20 percentv on the pacific standard because i did 3 preps with him before....besides me everyone was ranked under 80 exept the host.

he said: bye, i left at the pay screen.and i send him back: its ok no hard feelings.

in the end i know he is the biggest loser because doing that, not me.

seriously, if you have confidence in youreself enough and youre goal is to make money there is no need to troll a host you consider greedy.

why ?

because if you have confidence, you are actualy worth a reasonable cut and you are smart enough and you know from youreself you are asking a reasonable cut the host just lost the battle anyhow.

extra added bonus to enjoy his failing a long time after you left him, especialy if you consider he might actualy think he actualy won more after you left.

fbebf8db5d5025dd601e964734e9e15fe6c101e5

of course if youre goal is to have fun and you think in such a situation trolling is fun, its simple

pick youre slowest car or a bicycle, drive with that, go trough the heist with just shooting or doing anything just to keep the mission moving and to avoid dying and then die before the mission woud be finished and do that last thing over and over and over.

i do not know if thats original, but i think most hosts and players woud be pretty butthurt by that

remember though, when doing that you are an asshole because youre also keeping back the players that just joined and are inocent, but yea, its youre choise.

Yep, that is what I was going to say!

Grab defeat from the jaws of victory

Generally, if you don't mind wasting time (which could translate to money if you spend it with a better crew), failing at the last possible moment would be the best. In other words, waste as much time and give as much false hope of success as possible.

Fleeca

Driver: Deliberately fail hooking with the Cargobob. Make a dash into the tunnel instead.

Driller: Reach the bank and start the drilling minigame. Go AFK. This will also waste ammo for the driver controlling the crowd.

Prison Break

Demolition: Crash the Buzzard after everyone gets in.

Anything else: Walk into the rear rotor of the Buzzard after it lands.

Humane Labs

Pilot: Either overshoot and crash into the mountains or the reservoir, or crash into Karen and her bodyguard.

Anything else: Shoot Karen and her bodyguard before the pilot can touch down. You might want to avoid using the right minigun since you probably won't get a clear shot.

Series A

Any post: Kill yourself before both trucks make it to the destination. If you're driving a truck yourself, you can probably find more creative ways to destroy it, like skipping the last bridge and heading for the water instead.

Pacific Standard

Any post: Beach the dinghy if you manage to get the driver seat. Suicide with explosive next to it if you don't. Pull the driver out and beach it if you don't (Fail_At_GTA reminded me you can do this).

On a whole, I recommend making some heist friends and/or just host them yourself to avoid situations where you'd want to troll the host altogether.

Instead of wasting your and the other player's time why don't you just leave the heist? Not hard.

I leave the heist.

Prior or after the heist starts? Leaving the heist gives you a bad sportsmen points. Not good if you do not want to be put into the bad sports lobby.

On last gen there is a glitch you can do before joining a set up or finale, you get paid no matter what and it's always a fat multiplier. I joined a random invite to Pac Standard that happened to be the finale just to test the glitch.

I was gonna do everything like a good teammate until I saw myself and another guy at 10% so got through the bank part, cleared a few cops and ran to the alley and as they were makin their way down the alley I stood there and let the cops blast me as they enter the alley.

Failed.

It comes up on the screen I got $288k just for trolling a greedy host and I left after for the lulz

I leave prior if i get anything less than a 20% cut. Unless i joined during the finale, then i can accept a 15% cut.

And i dont worry about getting bad sport points because Its almost impossible to be placed into a bad sport lobby. You have to really try to be placed into one.

I am aware of it and I make use of it.

Most of the hosts who prefer undercutting their crews, however, don't. Especially considering it's Fleeca.

What are some creative and most effective ways to seriously troll a greedy host? Post some ideas :)

I just sit in my car and put it on 'passengers' and don't do anything or I hop on something were they can't hit me with their car.

A greedy host would be wise to kick anyone that asks for a different cut. Luckily, most aren't and this kind of trolling is great fun.

I like to frame another player by blowing them up with an NPC explosion or by trapping them with vehicles, getting in the way....

I keep messing up near the end and tell the host that my game is glitching. I may even make a suggestion for him to try to "fix" the glitch by raising my pay cut.

Also about fleeca, and might other heists too, few people know about it, but after screen fades and hud dissapear (such as on fleeca when bob hook you with magnet)

spam exit button from car, you drop down from car/boat/plane but heist completes normally its just fun thing to do, in pac too, when screen fades mash the exit button and you jump into water, it doesnt affect game in anyway but looks funny

Just blame everything on the host having crappy ISP and you lagged to death.

Someone once sneakily changed my cut to minimum on fleeca finale after I'd readied up. I'd had a particular bad day so decided to troll him.

I chose bmx as vehicle and peddled slowly a long route to the Kuruma. I was driver and when I finally got into the Kuruma I drove all the way to the bank in reverse.

After he'd finished the drilling part I managed 3-4 different ways of trolling him before he quit.

Drove off without him after exiting the bank and returned at full speed to run him over. Refused to get in the car, drove to just before the cargo bob hook up and then stopped to watch it disappear over the tunnel and drove into the sea.

Must've wasted 30-40 mins of both our time and not usually something I'd do. I was in a bad mood and it became a matter of principle after he sneakily lowered the cut.

LISTEN UP:

60/40 on the Flecca Job if you did not help at all with the heist setup and are not friends with the guy is perfectly acceptable! I would ready up instantly.

55/15/15/15 is just fine for the Pacific Standard if you did not help with at least TWO of the setup heist missions and are not over level 100 or have a KDR below 1.0. If I join a random heist and haven't helped out with ANY of the setups, I am very happy with 15%.

Lowering a percent to 10 for a jagoff who sucks and boosting the rate to 25 or higher for someone who you know won't die is also perfectly acceptable, especially if that person is a friend.

You should be happy to have someone invite you at all to a heist if you're not their friend and they're giving you a 15% cut. You're the one who is greedy.

What a joke.

If I'm hosting and some below 100 level tard sits there waiting while I have him on 15%... I TERMINATE THE SESSION BEFORE HE LEAVES AND NEVER INVITE HIM TO ANYTHING AGAIN, AND BOUNTY HIM THE NEXT TIME I SEE HIM.

ONLY FRIENDS, CREW MEMBERS, AND EXCELLENT PLAYERS ARE --- EVER --- WORTHY OF A --- GUARANTEED --- 20%.

And if you think 25% is a good deal, I think the host who gives that cut is either insane or is just trying to get the trophy. He's getting paid less than the heist crew if he gives that rate.

Nearly every one of the responses I have read from you jimmies is pathetic. Get a life, play the game, and make money. I'll report and kick all you whining, greedy little suckers.

Best way to troll???? Y'all are some chumps.

Running into the tail rotor in prison break would have to be my favorite...so much lost progress.

Anything below 15% (40% for Fleeca) is bullsh*t and deserves to be trolled.

In most situations I would agree with you... but some people are worth 10% MAX, and still - no trolling. Just leave.

Trolling is for degenerates.

Blasterman4EVER,

I will only accept 60/40 on the Fleeca Job ONLY if I am the driver, and not the driller. It makes perfect sense for the driller to get a higher percentage because of that terrible mini game that they must play before completing the heist. If I'm the driller you better give me more than just 40 percent, especially if you're at the level of 20, and really want to unlock that armored car.

At such high level as I am now 55/15/15/15 is just unacceptable for the Pacific Standard. I'm going to take out my heavy duty weapons, and cause most maximum damage as I can when we exit out of the bank as the crowd controller because I want to protect the player who has all of the money at all cost. That's going to cost me an overwhelming amount of money to repurchase back. Don't you think that I deserve to have 20? I'm not asking for anything higher than that. I want to be compensated for the loss of ammo/snacks/armor, and to have a profit off of my hard work.

What I see

Yes, the original post here actually does belong in the BnM topic.

Whining and talking about trolling hosts is just b*tching. Just don't get my calling this greedy kid out as twisted as the b*tching part. The thread subject is the whole problem.

Well, yeah, somebody who has the rocket launcher is often worth 20%... but if his KDR is below 1 and he helped with no setups, 15% is really nothing at all to get mad about.

You're making over 300k in less than a half hour and you paid nothing up front and didn't have to do anything.

Help with the setups and you are worth 20.

Still... the idiocy here is that you guys are all talking about trolling people... meaning you don't get paid, nobody gets paid, and people just get irritated.

IT IS STUPID. I'm not replying anymore. This thread belongs in the b*tch and moan topic.
