Kraken and Dodo plane not available for purchase?

I am on PS4 and I am a returning play from last gen, but when I check dock tease I don't see the Kraken sub or Dodo plane on the website on either single player or Online.

Kraken sub is unlocked through a side activity in Story Mode, Dodo through a random encounter.

 

As for online, seems you are SOL.

You unlock the Karken in SP by doing the Wildlife Photo Encounter and the Dodo is on the right side of Los Santo in one of the cave areas you an find the exact location online.

 

Try unlinking your PSN from Social Club and then relink it that should fix it.
