Hello,

As the first sorry for my bad english I am from Germany and my English knowledge are not the best ones

I need the input of the player in my plugin, i wanted to solve this about the form ingame. This works well, but I cannot form it (Screenshot)

Thus it must look

(Not looks beautiful but is only a test)

But Ingame looks it thus:

My style is not loaded and i dont know why .. Does somebody have a solution and an example? I am new as a programmer in GTA

Another question:

The mod LSPDFR has solved it so (For the police computer in a police vehicle ) :

Where from do I get the Console?

I hope somebody can help me

Have a nice evening (:

tatic void DISPLAY_ONSCREEN_KEYBOARD(BOOL p0, char* windowTitle, char* p2, char* defaultText, char* defaultConcat1, char* defaultConcat2, char* defaultConcat3, int maxInputLength) { invoke<Void>(0x00DC833F2568DBF6, p0, windowTitle, p2, defaultText, defaultConcat1, defaultConcat2, defaultConcat3, maxInputLength); } // 0x00DC833F2568DBF6 0xAD99F2CE	static int UPDATE_ONSCREEN_KEYBOARD() { return invoke<int>(0x0CF2B696BBF945AE); } // 0x0CF2B696BBF945AE 0x23D0A1CE	static char* GET_ONSCREEN_KEYBOARD_RESULT() { return invoke<char*>(0x8362B09B91893647); } // 0x8362B09B91893647 0x44828FB3

Thanks for the answer,

I've written it so

Rage.Native.NativeFunction.CallByName<uint>("DISPLAY_ONSCREEN_KEYBOARD", false, "FMMC_KEY_TIP8", "", "", "", "", "", 40);                                while(Rage.Native.NativeFunction.CallByName<int>("UPDATE_ONSCREEN_KEYBOARD") == 0)                                {                                    Game.Console.Print(Rage.Native.NativeFunction.CallByName<char>("GET_ONSCREEN_KEYBOARD_RESULT").ToString());                                    Game.Console.Print("Test");                                    GameFiber.Yield();                                }

"Test" is called But the input is not, Do you have any idea ?

This is how you can use it, I tried it and works:

NativeFunction.CallByName<uint>("DISPLAY_ONSCREEN_KEYBOARD", false, "FMMC_KEY_TIP8", "", "", "", "", "", 40); while (NativeFunction.CallByName<int>("UPDATE_ONSCREEN_KEYBOARD") == 0){    GameFiber.Yield();}IntPtr intptr = NativeFunction.CallByName<IntPtr>("GET_ONSCREEN_KEYBOARD_RESULT");Game.Console.Print(Marshal.PtrToStringAnsi(intptr));

But I want to return as a word, i dont know what is

Marshal.PtrToStringAnsi

That transforms those numbers to the proper string, so you get what you have typed

Ahhh, It works, thank you very much!!

Also you should check if this "Marshal.PtrToStringAnsi(intptr)" is null, so if you close the console the plugin won't crash. You can do it like this:

if (Marshal.PtrToStringAnsi(intptr) != null) Game.Console.Print(Marshal.PtrToStringAnsi(intptr));
